GROUNDED GUIDANCE
For the woman carrying all of it alone.
You built something. You are raising people. You are holding a marriage, or the end of one. You are the only one reconciling any of it.
And underneath the running, you keep hearing that there is more.
You are not short on hours. You are running four lives on one body.
The business. The mothering. The relationship. The thing God put in you that you have not touched in years. You keep them in separate accounts and they compete, and you are the only accountant.
You have asked Him for things. You have never asked Him about them.
And it is all in your body. The grief. The control. The relationship that failed. The fear that you are letting your children down by having to choose. Prayer has not moved it, because it was never only a spiritual problem.
But God.
Nothing was made that He did not make. Including your body. Including the instinct that told you the answer was in there somewhere.
You may have come the long way here.
The yoga. The breathwork, the human design chart, the cards, the moon cycles, the healing circles. The thirst underneath all of it was real. You were never crazy for sensing that the body holds something sacred.
You were right about the thirst. You were eating at the wrong tables. You were drinking from the wrong wells.
Because breath was His idea. The body was His design. He authored all of it, and the practices that borrowed His architecture could never introduce you to the Architect.
That is why the peace never held.
That is why you kept needing the next reading, the next unlock. You weren’t looking for a practice. You were looking for a Person.
Every one of them told you what you are. Not one could tell you whose.
So here is what is different. You can verify every one of these:
Nothing here asks you to source anything from inside yourself. No intention-setting. No manifesting. No drawing on your own energy. You direct your attention and your heart to God — as taught by Jesus Christ, as led by the Holy Spirit within us.
The teaching order is fixed by Scripture. Not anatomy. Not an energy system. The Word sets the sequence.
The practices are named and separated out loud. I will tell you what we are not doing and why. You will not have to guess.
You leave with something written you can test against Scripture yourself. Not my authority. His.
This is not the ninth thing.
My Anointing and Assignment
God has given me an anointing in communication. Some women come already receiving and need it translated. Others have never been sure He was speaking to them at all. Both are met here — and neither one is behind.
I did not find breathwork and start a ministry.
I spent years inside rigorous, data-driven behavioral work — pattern mapping, self-deception, why people repeat what they cannot explain. I went as far as behavioral precision goes. It is real work and it is not enough, and I know exactly where the edge of it is because I stood on it.
What was missing was not better data. It was the Father.
I have also been allowed to experience a great deal in my own life. Loss I could not have chosen. God has made it clear again and again that none of it was wasted — it exposed me to the ways of this world so I could carry wisdom back to women who are ready for their assignment.
I have survived. My children are covered, safe, and joyful. I did not read about the way through.

How Sessions Work
Length: 75 minutes
Format: Phone, audio only — so you can be fully present without thinking about how you look
Access: The Single Session and 1:1 Coaching are by application
Application is not a formality. It is how I know we are a fit, and how you receive the level of support your spirit is actually asking for in this season.
I read every application personally and respond within forty-eight hours, either way.
I work with a limited number of women at a time. That is not scarcity. It is the only way this can be done well.

Thursdays, September 10 – October 29, 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM ET. Word study, movement, breathwork, and worship — eight weeks of Body Theology alongside women who are ready.
A Biblical Portrait is prepared for every participant at intake. The cohort closes with The Sending on November 5.
