What I collect, and what I do with it
When you fill in a form on this site, I collect what you type: your name, your email address, and, on the application and contact forms, your phone number and whatever you choose to tell me about where you are and what you are carrying.
When you order a Biblical Portrait, I collect the name, birth date, birth hour, and birthplace you give me: yours, or those of the person the Portrait is for. If the Portrait is for a child, you are giving me that information as the child's parent or guardian, and I use it only to prepare the Portrait.
I read every message myself. I do not sell your information, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. I do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in an application; you are added to a list only if you asked to be.
When you buy something, the payment is handled by the payment processor, not by me. I never see or store your card number.
The tools this site runs on hold your information in order to work:
- Squarespace hosts the site, stores form submissions, sends email, and runs the store.
- Stripe processes payments and payment plans.
- Acuity Scheduling holds your booking when you schedule a call.
- Google Meet is where At the Well gathers.
- Facebook hosts The Gathering, the private group for enrolled women.
- Substack holds your email if you subscribe to the newsletter there.
Each of these has its own privacy policy, and each holds your data under it.
What I keep, and for how long
Form submissions and application answers stay in my Squarespace account. Enrollment and payment records stay as long as the law requires me to keep business records. If you want your information deleted, email adrienne@lightremembrance.com and I will delete what I am not legally required to keep, and tell you what is left.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies Squarespace needs to run: to keep your cart, to keep you signed in, and to count visits. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites for advertising.
Enrollment, payment and refunds: At the Well
These are the terms on the At the Well page, in one place so you can find them again.
Enrollment. $1,200, paid in full. Or a payment plan: a $300 deposit holds your seat, then six monthly payments of $150. $1,200 either way. There is no financing cost.
CLOSER. $1,500. A $300 deposit holds your seat, then six monthly payments of $200. Five seats.
The $300 seat hold is non-refundable.
Withdrawal. Payments are non-refundable. If you withdraw before your cohort begins, your payment is held as a credit toward any Light Remembrance offering for twelve months from the date of purchase, including the next cohort. Payment plan enrollees complete all six payments. Nothing is refunded or credited once the cohort has begun.
Access. Everything, the teaching, the recordings, the practice, stays with you until the next cohort gathers.
Grounded Guidance, single sessions, and the Biblical Portrait
Guidance is arranged after your application: $628 a month with a three-month minimum, $1,777 for three months paid in full, or $6,800 for twelve months paid in full. Single sessions are $157 and are one per person.
A Biblical Portrait is $117 as a PDF, delivered by email within five business days. The Scroll edition is $177, printed, signed, and stamped by hand, and ships free within the United States.
Sessions are 75 minutes, by phone. If you need to move a session, tell me as far ahead as you can and I will move it where I can.
What this is, and what it is not
Grounded Guidance, At the Well and LGHTBDY are spiritual formation, teaching and somatic practice. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment, and they are not a substitute for any of it. I am not a licensed therapist or physician, and nothing I offer here is a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
If what you are carrying needs clinical care, say so when you apply. I will help you find the right support before we talk about anything else. That is not a rejection. It is the first true thing I can offer you.
Movement and breathwork carry physical risk. Work at the pace your body sets, stop when you need to, and check with your doctor first if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a condition that movement or breath-holding could affect.
The writing and the teaching
Everything on this site and in the programs, the teaching, the Portraits, the recordings, the written material, is mine. It is for you, not for redistribution. Please don't share recordings or course material outside the cohort.
